Body Butter Party Favor Terms & Conditions - Effective June 2025 

Thank you for choosing Scorpio Candle Company for your body butter favors! Please review the following terms and conditions carefully before placing your order.

1. Order Minimums & Lead Time

• A minimum of 10 favors is required for custom or bulk body butter orders.
• Please place your order at least 3 weeks in advance of your event date to ensure availability and proper processing time.

2. Deposits & Payments

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your order.
• The remaining balance is due 2 days before the scheduled pick-up/delivery date.
•  Orders not paid in full by the due date may be delayed.

3. Customization & Approval

• Custom labels and scents are available and must be approved by the client before production begins.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations must be submitted in writing.
• Deposits are non-refundable. Refunds (excluding the deposit) may be available only if cancellation is made at least 14 days before the scheduled delivery or pickup date.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 14 days before the pick-up/delivery date.

5. Product Care & Use

• Our body butters are made with natural ingredients and should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. They may be kept in the refrigerator prior to your event.
• Since this is a skincare product, all sales are final once items have been picked up or delivered.
• Scorpio Candle Company is not liable for any allergic reactions. A full ingredient list is listed in the next section.

6.  Pickup

• Local pickup is available in Philadelphia, PA. Delivery may be available for an additional fee.

7. Liability

• Once items are picked up or delivered, Scorpio Candle Company is not responsible for any damages, melting, or alterations due to improper storage or handling.

 

Organic mango butter, Organic coconut oil, Organic sunflower oil, Organic arrowroot powder, Fragrance oil, and Mica powder (for color).

 

 

Following your online booking for the body butter party favors, an invoice will be emailed to you within 24 hours. A 50% deposit is required to confirm your order.
