Candle-Making Workshop Inclusions For $35 Per Person:
*10 oz Custom Candle – Attendees will make a scented candle.
*Scent Customization – There will be a variety of fragrance oils so you can blend your unique scent.
*Personalized Labels – Attendees will create a custom label for their candle.
*Guides – A printed guide covering candle-making and candle care tips will be distributed to attendees.
* Please add a note to the booking to advise how many people will be attending your event and the location.

Scorpio Candle Company Candle Workshop Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: 05/14/2022
By registering for a candle-making workshop hosted by Scorpio Candle Company, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Booking & Payment
- A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your event.
- Payments are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by Scorpio Candle Company.
- Bookings are not transferable to another date unless requested at least 7 days in advance.
- Final Payment is due on the date of the event, prior to the start of the event.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
- Participant Cancellations: No refunds will be given for no-shows or cancellations made less than 7 days before the event.
- Company Cancellations: If Scorpio Candle Company must cancel or reschedule a class, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to another session.
3. Workshop Participation
- Participants must be 18 years or older or accompanied by an adult if age 13 and older.
- Please arrive on time.
- All materials will be provided, and guests may take home their finished candles.
4. Health & Safety
- All attendees must follow the safety instructions provided at the start of the workshop.
- Scorpio Candle Company is not responsible for injuries caused by misuse of materials or failure to follow safety guidelines.
- Gloves will be available, but we recommend wearing easy-to-clean clothing.
5. Allergies & Sensitivities
- Our fragrance oils may contain allergens. Please notify us in advance of any known allergies or sensitivities.
- Participation is at your own risk if you have fragrance, wax, or essential oil sensitivities.
6. Photography & Media
- Photos and videos will be taken during the workshop for marketing purposes.
- By attending, you consent to being photographed or recorded unless you opt out by notifying the host before the workshop begins.
7. Liability Waiver
- Scorpio Candle Company is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage to property or person during or after the workshop.
- Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.
8. Intellectual Property
- All workshop content and materials are the property of Scorpio Candle Company and may not be copied, recorded, or distributed without permission.
