Damages
Please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your delivery if your item(s) are defective/damaged. We will replace your item(s), with the same item(s). If you need to exchange an item, please send an email to [email protected] with your name, telephone number, item description, the reason an exchange is needed, and pictures of the defective or damaged item. If your exchange is approved, your item will be shipped using our Shipping Policy and an email will be sent to you notifying you of the tracking number.
