Processing and Delivery Times
Scorpio Candle Co. ships all of our orders via USPS. All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Standard shipping typically takes between 2 to 8 business days, for destinations within the United States. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Additionally, nationwide and global shipping delays (such as those caused by COVID-19, holiday volumes, or inclement weather) may impact your estimated delivery date.
Packaging Your Order
Your order is packaged with the utmost care to ensure your candles do not break in transit.
Please keep in mind, that once packages are dropped off at USPS, they are no longer Scorpio Candle Co.’s responsibility. If your order is damaged upon delivery, please see the Returns/Refunds/Damage Policy for further information.
Tracking Your Order
After receiving your order confirmation email, you will receive another email notification when your order has shipped. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your order via USPS. Once you receive your tracking number, please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking portal to update.
All shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Free shipping is provided on domestic orders over $80.00.
We do not ship internationally.
You can skip the shipping fees and pick up your order on certain days and times. After placing your order and selecting customer pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
